The context is that there has been a 12.5 per cent uplift in the delivering equally safe fund in 2025-26, taking total investment in the fund to £21.6 million. A couple of weeks ago, Sharon Dowey raised issues with me concerning the distribution of that funding in relation to a project in her locality.
