Food Promotion and Placement Regulations NHS Lanarkshire response

One area of concern is the exception in relation to store size (stores with a floor area 2 of less than 185.8 m (2,000 sq. ft)) as this will mean that hospital shops in the NHS Lanarkshire estate will be exempt from the Regulations.
