Young people from communities in Dumfries and Galloway have benefited from more than £1.1 million of that investment, which has provided a broad range of activities for young people as well as new and improved sporting facilities, including a new, state-of-the-art 3G pitch at Annan Athletic Football Club and Dumfries’s first 3G football and rugby pitch, at Dumfries high school, which I had the pleasure of opening last month.
