The GCPH calculated three possible annual savings based on different casualty reduction outcomes, these were £39.9 million per year (13.5% reduction in casualties), £27.1m (9.5% reduction in casualties) and £7.8m (2.6% reduction in casualties).1Scottish Parliament Information Centre.
