Remote and Rural Healthcare Inquiry - Education and Training
We have to look, therefore, at how we maximise the opportunities through education, training and placements. If we make those the best that they can be, we can encourage people to work in remote and rural areas, rather than having them feel as though they are going to work in a backwater and that their professional career is going to stagnate.
