We have an implementation programme in place; we are in the process of ensuring that it is rolled out; and we have now given a timeline for that work to be undertaken. I hope that MSPs will take the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the process and scrutinise it where appropriate.

However, I find it disappointing that it is only the environmental NGOs that have e-mailed their welcome and their comments to MSPs. The strategy affects all sectors in Scotland.
