That is why it has not pushed to place an obligation on the operators to provide seat belts, according to a report that was published on 16 March last year. I cannot see why it would not want to do that.

A number of meetings have been held between the Management Steering Group and the British Medical Association, the most recent on 8 March 2011. There is a commitment to discussions on both sides but no timetable as such has been agreed.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will provide a breakdown by category of the 20,000 modern apprenticeship places provided in the last year as announced on 17 March 2010. The Scottish Government does not hold this information centrally.
