In June 2003 the Scottish Executive awarded a response handling contract to a private contractor. The contract expired in March 2008 and the service is now provided by in-house resource.

To ask the Scottish Executive how many submissions concerning the proposed Leith biomass plant it had received by the 11 March consultation deadline and how many were objections.
I last met college principals on 16 March, when I had the great pleasure of attending the launch of a concordat between the Scottish Agricultural College, Oatridge College, Barony College and Elmwood College.
