It is good to see Mr Fraser and other MSPs—regardless of whether they might believe that Scottish Enterprise should be scrapped or have its budget slashed—supporting individual projects that are being carried out by Scottish Enterprise.
Some members might remember that the Renfrewshire children's choir under Christine Badger was a star turn at an Edinburgh carol service in which MSPs participated a couple of years ago.
I also welcome the minister's statement and thank him for responding to views expressed by MSPs from around the country. How many dentists will have to be recruited nationally before the minister can achieve his objectives?
We welcome the determination to include all relevant parties in the development of river basin and sub-basin plans, and I and other MSPs look forward to receiving at the end of next month the report of the ad hoc ministerial group on flooding.
