To ask the Scottish Executive Scottish Executive whether the Crown Office has any special procedures in place for any prosecution of (a) the First Minister, (b) a Scottish minister and (c) an MSP of a governing party. By convention such cases would be dealt with by Procurators Fiscal and Crown Counsel without reference to the Law Officers.
