Legislative Consent Memorandum: delegated powers relevant to Scotland in the Employment Rights Bill
New section 14A(4) provided that a Minister of the Crown may by regulations set out provisions that should be included in such contracts for that purpose; and new section 14A(5) provided that a Minister of the Crown must produce a code of practice in relation to this.

Report on the supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum for the Professional Qualifications Bill
The Bill was amended at Committee stage and an amended version of the Bill was produced on 22 June 2021. The first reading took place in the House of Commons on 18 November 2021 and the Bill completed committee stage on 18 January 2022.
