In one sense, what happened with the coalition Government was that it said, “Well, we have the biggest recession and global economic downturn since the great depression—that is why we are not going to hit the targets.”
The Parliament has not yet determined when stage 3 will be held, but members will be informed of the date in due course, and of the deadline for lodging stage 3 amendments.
