“Scotland’s colleges 2022” The principal item on our agenda this morning is consideration of the Auditor General for Scotland’s briefing on “Scotland’s colleges 2022”.

We are looking to strike an appropriate balance. We think that the date of knowledge and date of publication are more likely than not to coincide, and the date of publication is a more definite and fixed point.
