The Office of Fair Trading announced in October that it has referred that acquisition to the Competition Commission, and a report is expected by March next year. I am sure that the Parliament will want to be updated on that issue at that time.

I met John Scott, the chief executive of New Lanarkshire Ltd, and Karen Shaw of New Lanarkshire Ltd in August 2007. I met John Scott again in March this year, along with Richard Smith, the secretary general of the international children's games.
