The First Minister has outlined the proposals to Paul Walsh, and I will meet Diageo tomorrow to consider how we take them forward. Our intention is to produce a solution that not only suits Diageo's business needs but is in Scotland's best interest.In our work since 1 July, we have recognised that Diageo's proposals would have a positive effect in Fife.
