To ask the Scottish Executive how many cases were marked no proceedings in each procurator fiscal office in each of the last five years, expressed also as a percentage of the total number of cases dealt with by each office.
I think there could have been more cross governmental work before the launch so that it's not owned by Active Scotland, it is owned by the Scottish Government (RP17).
Secondly, was the desire for appropriate level of commitment and funding to be provided to enable implementation:
There is no additional investment to put the new framework into practice.

The Committee recommends that the Scottish Government consults with relevant stakeholders and affected communities to develop good practice principles for community benefits for aquaculture developments.
It stated (MacAngus v HMA [2009] HCJAC 8, paragraph 42):
