The collaborative approach within the Local Employability Partnership (LEP) is highly valued for ensuring that funding decisions align with local priorities and resources are efficiently allocated.

Given that the funding for the programme and its projects will soon conclude, the Committee calls on the Scottish Government and Creative Scotland to set out how the foundation and legacy of Culture Collective will be built upon through future place-based initiatives.
The Committee recommends that the Scottish Government works with National Strategic Network to progress the workstream on children and young people as a matter of urgency and involves Long Covid Scotland and Long Covid Kids in this work, which should include milestones and timescales for action.

RSPB Scotland stated that “it is not clear in practical terms how the Scottish Government might be able to retain regulations in effect for Scotland if the UK Government’s position is to revoke or amend UK-wide regulations.”10Scottish Parliament. (2022, December 1).
