At this stage we are assessing what type of assistance is required and how we can best target our support. I have arranged to meet those Scottish based organisations involved in Gaza to hear first hand about their work and discuss how best the Scottish Government can assist.
Do we or do we not recognise an obligation to do our best for our constituents? Order. Nicola Sturgeon's obligation is to do her best for her constituents.
It might be worth while identifying who might best raise those points directly by submitting another petition, to which the committee would give a fair hearing.
For example, Richard Dixon, who is WWF Scotland's director, said:"This is still the best piece of climate change legislation proposed anywhere in the world."
As Iain Gray will remember, in the concordat the idea was to make year-on-year progress towards lower class sizes in Scotland—and, of course, we now have the best class sizes in Scotland that have ever been recorded.
