To ask the Scottish Executive how it will support the Earth Hour event taking place at 8.00 pm on 29 March 2008. We had no specific plans to support the Earth Hour initiative on 29 March 2008.
Another surprise was that, even though the debate is about the Scottish recovery plan document, which was published on 3 March, little reference has been made to it.
Given what the minister said about the timings of the Privy Council meetings, if the UK general election is held in March—as some suspect it will be—is that still feasible?
It was good to see that the homecoming Scotland team had been working well—as we walked, we saw many saltires that I am sure had been given out just before the march. The team had given out so many of them that by the time we came to the end of the march, they had run out.

The fourth round was postponed from March 2010 to enable a full analysis of payments made in the 2009-10 financial year, and to clarify the remaining funding available under the programme.
