To ask the Scottish Government how it can ensure that the views of developers, local people and communities of interest are taken into account when hill tracks are constructed.
Figures on the number of people affected by fuel poverty take into account energy efficiency improvements to dwellings and changes in the incomes of Scottish households.
The detailed planning and delivery of services is a matter for individual NHS boards taking account of their resident populations and assessment of needs.
The government does not plan any changes in this area but would be happy to consider representations on any particular points, which could be taken into account for any future legislation in this area.

Glasgow, Inverness and Perth timetable is currently under development and will take account of Central Belt and Highland Main Line services including the Inverness to Edinburgh and Glasgow train paths.
Other key stakeholders in the working group include the Commissioner for Children and Young People and the Young People Sports’ Panel helping ensure young people’s views are accounted for. S4W-16235
The Scottish Government is actively working jointly with COSLA and local government to review the BRIS targets for 2012-13 taking into account the latest business rates returns.
