We have done some work with a careers stall reaching out to FE colleges where we try to encourage people who are studying to be accountants, plasterers or electricians to think about joining our industry.
Amendment 1 seeks to amend the definition of “the relevant date” in section 5 of the bill so that it takes account of the different commencement dates in relation to the section 1 and section 6 offences in the 2012 act that would result from the amendments.
