At the end of my visit I was honoured to attend a concert which had been arranged in a refuge, Villa Jorge Yarur Banna, for abused girls aged 6-18 who have survived abuse, with the performance provided by the third sector organisation Musica Para Todos, which is modelled on the Scottish charity Live Music Now. This organisation puts on concerts to audiences who would have no other means of hearing live musical performances and it was truly inspirational to see the positive impact it had on the residents of the villas.
