Report on European Union (Withdrawal) Bill Supplementary LCM - Restrictions on the Powers of Scottish Ministers
In his letter dated 14 February 2018 to the Secretary of State for Scotland, the Minister for UK Negotiations on Scotland’s Place in Europe stated that he welcomes the first of these amendments but “remains of the view that the same amendment should be made in relation to the powers in clauses 8 and 9.”
