The CPG will not be made up of a small selection of MSPs concentrating on a special interest; it relates to constituency work and questions that MSPs are being asked and do not necessarily know how to answer.
Four or five months ago, before the introduction of the bill, tie Ltd provided me, as a Fife MSP, with a briefing on the EARL proposal and what tie perceived to be the benefits of the scheme.
The position is that what is on the public website is what is available to other MSPs. You have the public papers. All the other documents are papers that the committee has decided are private.
Again, that information was available to MSPs during the course of the bill. Any points made in the committees or the chamber can be taken into account in revising the regulations and bringing them forward later.
