Their circumstances have changed drastically at home, and they should be able to try to rebuild their lives and the lives of their families here in the UK so that they can get on and start to cope with some of the issues that have affected them.

The document could be a game changer and could transform how we live our lives. In relation to the issues that should be tackled, we have heard some good noises from the Scottish Government so far.
