Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Bill - The Bill

The Bill enables the Commissioner to apply to the Court of Session where any person who has been served with an information notice: refuses or fails to comply with the requirement specified in the notice refuses or fails to answer questions asked by the Commissioner alters, suppresses, conceals or destroys any information that they have been asked to produce.
