The SHRC came up with a framework, which included something like the national confidential forum.However, In Care Abuse Survivors and I feel that, although the proposed forum has the acknowledgement aspect, the element of accountability is missing. The forum does not consider the element of justice.

I just found offensive the idea that the people with the deepest pockets and the cleverest lawyers can move in first and grab land. If they want to lay claim to land, let them lay claim to it at a public auction like everybody else.
