Most people do not realise that not only are our adoption agencies not allowed to discriminate against people with same-sex attraction or in same-sex relationships, but they are not allowed to take that into account. An agency could have a couple who have been married for five years and two people in a same-sex relationship, and they are not even allowed to take that into account.
