Sadly, we seem to haggle over having an extra day, a substitute day or a flexible day and cannot make our minds up about what is best. I agree completely and utterly with the member that we should not substitute St Andrew’s day for another public holiday.
How can they make any decisions or relevant contributions when decisions have been made elsewhere? That question is best put to the Scottish Government, if I may say so.

At an operational level, co-ordinators and Site managers (the Hexham Group) meet at least once a year, usually more often, to discuss monitoring issues and share best practice approaches to Site management and presentation.
