That is about signposting—getting in contact, getting details and then signposting, which can and does lead to us taking on, escalating and leading on cases, especially in relation to people who are trying to access the asylum system.
I hope that that will have also picked up areas where people were digitally excluded or having issues with completing the census online. Obviously, there was a helpline and other means to support people to either complete the census online or get access to paper copies of it.
