Further preliminary work is scheduled for the Borders Railway, as would be expected on a large scale, complex project and the costs have been accounted for in the overall project capital budget.
That is why the restriction to an intention to cause alarm and distress limits the scope of the law and does not take account of the victims’ experiences.
Secondly, the default position would always be to devolve as much of the budget as possible to the lowest level of accountability; I am a strong supporter of that approach.
To ask the Scottish Government what its position is on whether the views of sex workers should be taken into account by the organisations that provide services to support them.
