Introduction
The Contract (Third Party Rights) (Scotland) Bill (“the Bill”) was introduced in the Scottish Parliament on 31 January 2017 by the Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Michael Matheson MSP.
The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee was designated as lead committee for Stage 1 consideration of the Bill.
