Prisoners (Early Release) (Scotland) Bill

All the victims registered on VNS in regard to prisoners granted early release were notified before the release took place. On 24 September 2024, Katy Clark MSP asked a topical question in the Chamber (S6T-02115) in which she referenced the fact only five victims had received notifications through the VNS.
