Despite the carping tone, I recognise and accept the integrity behind the motion.I was not an MSP at the time, but I understand that, in 2007, there was an expression of sympathy with the view that the lot of kinship carers and others should be improved, and that, not long after, a positive announcement was made regarding the issue.
