To ask the Scottish Executive when the Scottish Government will access the funds held by Ofgem in the Fossil Fuel Levy account. The total estimated unitarycharges for all existing PPP projects over their contractual life is £22.3billion.
In response to that point, the cabinet secretary said in a written answer:"NHS boards are subject to on-going performance management by the Scottish Government Health Directorates and are required to formally account to ministers at their Annual Accountability Review."
