Common Frameworks Annexe A and B

On 16 October 2017 agreement was reached on the principles and definitions for the Common Frameworks for areas where EU law intersected with devolved competence. In June 2020, NIE Ministers agreed to the principles set out in the communique, following the restoration of the NIE in January 2020. 4 3.3 Concordat: Joint non-legislative agreement that gives effect to the Common Framework.
