Legislative Consent Memorandum: delegated powers relevant to Scotland in the Tobacco and Vapes Bill
Clause 96 provides a power enabling the Secretary of State to make regulations to place a requirement on producers or importers of tobacco products, tobacco related devices, herbal smoking products, cigarette papers, vaping products and nicotine products, to provide information about a product or its producer.
