The large contractors that are buying into it and skilling up are looking at the volume side of being able to secure funding. Not a single contractor in the north of Scotland qualifies to be able to secure funding from any of the energy obligation funds, because they are not at the scale to do it.

Despite progress, homes and buildings still account for around 15% of Scotland’s greenhouse gas emissions.
