We need discussion between Scottish Enterprise and others, whether that is the cities, SCDI, the chambers of commerce or the Federation of Small Businesses, about how we resource that activity, first of all, and then how we can arrange things to the best effect so that we can recognise local situations and circumstances but still give those companies access to the best advice and the best experience.
