Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill
The Committee was designated lead committee for scrutiny of the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill, which was introduced on 2 March 2022
The introduction of the Bill was complemented by a Ministerial Statement from Shona Robison, Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Housing and Local Government on 3 March 2022.
