Given that there was some confusion on the matter, I wonder whether the minister can clear it up for us this morning.As has been stated, the committee was also concerned—as was the minister himself, speaking as a constituency MSP—about how the Big Lottery Fund, the nominated distributor of the windfall, would allocate the moneys.
