Stage 1 Report on the Management of Offenders (Scotland) Bill - Clarity on the need to disclose convictions
That will help people to realise that they are on a journey back to being a contributing member of society much more than the current arrangements do, as they are highly complex and difficult to negotiate, especially for somebody who has not had the best education or chances in life.
