The Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Bill - Part 1: Offences
Where the 2002 Act excepts rabbits and rodents from the definition of “wild mammal”, the Bill no longer excepts rabbits and all rodents, but excepts rats, mice, or animals "living under temporary or permanent human control".
