Introduction
At its meeting on 30 April 2024, the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee ("the Committee") considered the delegated powers contained in the Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill following amendments made at Stage 2.
The people who are growing up in George Adam’s constituency and around Scotland must not only know that university is for them and that they can go there but must pick the course that is right for them and for what they want to do.
They are responsibilities to future generations that we have to get right, and we also have to get the transition correct for those who are currently involved in oil and gas activity in Scotland.
