Having done that research and having spoken to various MSPs, I found that EDGE delivers a very good programme.I was rather concerned to hear Scottish Enterprise say that, because of “budget constraints”, to use the phrase that its representatives used when speaking to me about it, it could not continue the 2010 programme.
