Complaint I welcome everyone to the 12th meeting in 2008 of the Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee.Paragraph 9.43 of the guidance on the code of conduct for MSPs states that the committee must decide whether it wishes to recommend to Parliament the imposition of sanctions against a member who is the subject of a complaint.
