Respectfully, Scotland should be offering tissue samples back to families, they belong to the deceased and the families who all have the same rights. I sincerely hope the world we live in will support change in how we look after our loved ones who have a choice, even in death to opt out of post mortem. pdf. application/pdf. 49069.
