Introduction
The UK Withdrawal from the European Union (Continuity) (Scotland) Bill (“the Bill”) was introduced by the Scottish Government on 18 June 2020.
We have extended free bus travel to children and young people under 22, and around half of Scotland’s population is now eligible to travel anywhere in Scotland by bus free of charge.
The member is correct in saying that Scotland’s planning system will play a vital role in responding to climate change, encouraging nature recovery and helping to deliver the crucial infrastructure that is needed to achieve our ambitions.
