I assume that the word "liberal" was being used with a small "l". I whole-heartedly support what John Farquhar Munro wants to achieve through amendment 7, and have the greatest sympathy for the difficulties that have been experienced.I invite committee members to consider, however, that it may be appropriate at stage 3 to further examine the issue.
