To ask the Scottish Executive when it will bring before the Parliament regulations and guidance to support the operation of the Home Owner and Debtor Protection (Scotland) Bill. We plan to lay regulations and produce guidance to support the operation of the Home Owner and Debtor Protection (Scotland) Act 2010 by the end of June 2010.

To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to ensure that Scotland’s share of the recently announced 300 million euro EU funding package for the dairy industry will be used to support the most vulnerable dairy producers. We are liaising with the Scottish dairy sector to ensure that this support is utilised to maximum effect.

The Scottish Government regrets the delay in publishing the report. Producing and agreeing the report among the project partners has taken longer than anticipated.

The Scottish Government will be producing an Energy Efficiency Action Plan which will set out the policies and programmes being undertaken to improve the energy efficiency of all sectors, including the existing building stock.
The grounds on which ministers decided to concede were based on the inability to defend the fact that documents were produced after it was promised that everything had been produced.
